Sexualized, platformed female bodies in male online practices

چکیده
Sexualized images of the bodies girls and young women – in some cases taken without knowledge those depicted, other exchanged as part erotic or romantic interactions sometimes turn up closed groups on social media websites online platforms. In their efforts to mark prove masculinity, (presumably) male participants these fora share, trade, evaluate such imagery. The depicted are generally commented upon condescending ways. Based a combination digital ethnography analogue fieldwork interviews at vocational school Denmark, this article explores how boys men use sexualized female negotiate boundaries gendered positioning, intimacy. Through new materialist poststructuralist perspectives, we attend entanglements technological phenomena enacting practices.
